Refund Policy

BardotMU — Donation Terms, Digital Goods & Refund Conditions

I. No Refunds Policy

All purchases made on BardotMU are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any virtual goods, credits, VIP subscriptions, or any other digital items purchased through this platform.

⚠ Important: By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that all transactions are final. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.

II. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

III. Virtual Goods & In-Game Currency

All items purchased are virtual goods for use within MU Online only. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.

  • Donation credits can be used for webshop items, VIP features, cosmetics, and in-game services.
  • BardotMU staff will NOT be held responsible for any lost, disappeared, missing, or stolen items, regardless of cause.
  • We will never replace or refund lost items, currencies, or progress — including Donations, Items, Seals, WCoin, Ruud, Credits, Levels, VIP, Hide, and services.

IV. Digital Products and Services

BardotMU does not issue refunds for digital products and services once an order is submitted and delivered/activated. If you encounter issues with delivery or functionality, contact support as soon as possible and we will assist where we can.

By purchasing any product and/or service from BardotMU, you acknowledge and agree that transactions are final. We do not accept chargeback abuse, partial refund requests, or full refund demands under normal circumstances. If you have questions regarding policies, contact support before making a purchase.

V. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that purchases are made to the correct account. BardotMU cannot reverse or redirect purchases made to the wrong account due to user error.

VI. Chargebacks & Disputes

⚠ Warning: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate and permanent ban of your account. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We will investigate and resolve legitimate issues promptly.

VII. Agreement Records & Legal Evidence

Each time you make a purchase, your agreement to these terms is recorded and stored. This includes your username, digital signature, IP address, and timestamp. These records serve as legally binding evidence of your acceptance.

VIII. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the game or purchased items. No refunds will be provided for service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or unexpected downtime. We strive to keep service disruptions to a minimum.

IX. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of BardotMU services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.

X. Legal Binding Agreement

By providing your signature and checking the agreement box at the time of purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. These terms apply to all past, present, and future transactions on BardotMU.
